Expectant mothers who consider placing their child for adoption and potential adoptive parents worry about the cost. For an expectant mother or birth mother, it costs nothing to place your child for adoption. What’s more, the type of adoption usually determines the fees for adoptive parents. Let’s take a closer look.
There’s No Cost for an Expectant or Birth Mother
You have enough to worry about when faced with an unplanned pregnancy. Many mothers who choose adoption are already parenting other children. You don’t need one more thing to add to the stress you are already feeling.
An expectant mother choosing to place her child for adoption or a birth mother who has already given birth pays nothing for adoption services.
